Details entered on this site
The trip planner and travel-note form keep details in the current page while you prepare a message. On pages that offer "Send request", the details you submit (name, the contact method you choose, dates, group size, hotel and message) are stored so the team can reply; nothing is stored until you press it and agree. A stored request is not a reservation. Drafts are not saved in browser storage.
When you choose to send
WhatsApp and email links open your chosen service with the message you prepared. You decide whether to send it. The communication is then handled by that service and the agency receiving it; the service’s own privacy terms also apply.
What to share
Share the travel details needed for an enquiry. Avoid passport numbers, payment card information or sensitive personal documents. Contact info@travelagencycappadocia.com for privacy questions about communications sent to the agency.
Site measurement
This version does not add analytics or advertising tracking scripts. A hosting provider may process technical request data to deliver and secure the site. A production privacy notice must be reviewed alongside any future booking, payment or analytics integrations.
