Define the journey
Share the full pickup and destination addresses, date, flight number where relevant and any fixed arrival or departure time. Include the number of adults, children and infants, plus luggage and any child-seat or access requirements.
Confirm the actual vehicle
A minivan label does not establish minibus capacity. Ask the team to confirm the proposed vehicle, seats, luggage space and whether more than one vehicle is needed. This page does not promise minibus inventory or a fixed group fare.
Agree the operating details
Request the meeting point, waiting terms, driver contact arrangement, stops and full journey price. For a departure, allow for airport check-in as well as the drive. Confirm service availability before treating the journey as booked.
