Choose the experience
Tell the team whether your priority is a photography-led route, a flight enquiry or time at a viewpoint. Ask what can actually be arranged for your dates and how the proposed pickup connects with your hotel. A request for a sunrise tour does not reserve a flight or guarantee balloon views.
Make the timing realistic
Share your arrival, hotel and any fixed later plans. Ask about preparation, travel and the return time as well as the time spent at a location. Weather, access and flying clearance can change the morning.
Confirm the proposal
